I’m also a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity, a cause that is close to my heart. I know how important it is to have a safe and comfortable home for your family. When I was 13, my mom and two siblings moved into a Habitat for Humanity home in Michigan. It was a life-changing experience for us, and I’m grateful for the opportunity that Habitat gave us. That’s why I decided to volunteer for a Habitat project in my community, and help another family achieve their dream of homeownership.

As a former elementary teacher for ten years, I also love working with children and families. I enjoy participating in events and causes that make a difference for the residents of Corpus Christi, Robstown, Odem, Sinton, Taft, Orange Grove, Sandia, Mathis, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and the remainder of Texas.
